Our Music
The Band comprises members of Brassneck Ceilidh Band aided and abetted by various other musicians together playing:
Accordion, Fiddle, Mandolin, Guitar, Banjo, Concertina, Melodeon,
Recorder, Whistle, Electric Horn, Flute
Tambourine, Triangle, Dumbek and other percussion.
Some times the Band outnumber the Dancers!
The tunes we use are waltzes, reels, jigs and hornpipes mainly English traditional but we do include Scottish and Irish tunes as well as new contemporary material some self penned by members of the Band.
